touch pro stopped charging
 

i've had my touch pro for a couple weeks now and i just woke up to find that my phone didn't charge AT ALL during the night. it had been charging fine. i tried two different chargers and the usb for the computer with no luck. i'll be bringing it by the sprint store tomorrow but in the meantime, anyone else had this issue? if so, was it easily resolved?

mine doesnt charge sometimes.... usually i soft reset and it resumes. also if it is hot it will stop charging also. i take my battery cover off when im charging over night now.. although i shouldnt have to

Did you accidentally drop your phone with the USB cable in?

With my mogul I tweaked the USB pins in different ways (on accident or negligence), and one time it stopped charging, another time it stopped synching with my computer.

I have the same exact problem, i either soft reset or plug it up to the computer for the night

There were some people on here running into the same problem, cant remember who came up with this fix... My wife's phone did the same thing... All i did was go into Start, Settings, Today, Items (tab at bottom) and uncheck Today timeout... worked great... no lockups or charging issue's since... hope this helps..

thanks everyone for your helpful suggestions! i couldn't get it to work though so i took it to sprint and they said it was a faulty port. now i have to wait 2 days for a new one, but at least it's taken care of!
