how to manually install a PRL update?
 

Customer Care flagged my account for a PRL update but everytime i try the update says it is successful but the phone doesn't recognize that programming has been completed. i tried the app to force one but that doesn't work either.

Have you tried the PRL updater located in Start>Settings>System?

If that doesn't seem to work try dialing ##PRL# from the dial pad (assuming you have sprint). You will need your MSL in order to perform the manual PRL update with this method.

What PRL you have now. Iam pretty sure all TP's came with 614

You put prl file anywhere in the phone or memory card and it fill find it and ask u if u want to update...once updated your phone will restart

Lol, 614 isn't even on there. That site is lagging behind the times.
