Do you have to download this program or is it on the phone by default?

I assume you need to change the GPS settings on the program to GPS Intermediate Driver? I don't see any other option that would work for the TP's internal GPS.

No... It should work right out of the box, so to speak... Just fire it up and start using it... It will ask for location... Select current GPS position... Then you are all set...

Well it was telling me no GPS on Com port 0 when I just tried it right out of the box.

Did you already set your GPS to Com port 0? I don't know why it would say that...
