Ordering From Sprint
 
Sprint recently placed a replacement order for me to recieve a Touch Pro, for those who have placed a order with sprint did u recieve an order confirmation or tracking number

I called in to speak with sprint and i was told my phone would be delievered today but then when i asked for a tracking number the rep was unable to provide me with one, due to problems i was experiencing with the insurance company i think no tracking number means no package

I ordered a new replacement under 30 day exchange on 11/18 and it still has not shipped, no tracking number.

Was it a referb for a new replacement 30 day exchange?

my order was placed on the same day thru rententions im not sure if its supposed to be a refurb or not but they are charging my account full price until i return my diamond if that helps any

but i called in today to check it for my self spoke to another rep who told me it hasnt been shipped and who ever i spoke with before (THE IDIOT) gave the estimated delivery date

how can you have people giving out information who has no clue what it means arrrgghhhhh atleast half the people working for sprint know what they are doing, the first lady told me that tracking numbers arent giving when orders are placed through rententions and that sprint gaurantees a delievery attempt for 11/21 wow

welcome to a potential nightmare. when they did this for me(for a diamond at the time) they double shipped and it took them over a month and a half to get my bill straightened out.

Can they place an order even if its backorder? I called yesterday to try and get one for my wife. First guy acted like he could order it, called back, 2nd guy said he couldnt even order it....
