how to delete a program properly? (unstalling)

so i deleted the program by going to my storage card and selecting it to delete thru file explorer. the app still shows up on my all programs list? how do i remove it? its bothering me!

i think its a little too late for that now :( i already deleted it and its still on my "all programs" list. how can i remove it from that list? i tried a soft reset, didnt work.

go into windows folder, then programs and remove it there.

try reinstsalling the program and then go back to Settings>System>Remove Programs and see if that works for you

well its that stupid MUSICID app and yes i was in the programs folder under the windows folder in my storage device.

Turn off the phone. Hold the Center D pad and the power button, then soft reset with the stylus if all else fails. That will uninstall the program.
