Cant get it to conncet to computer
 

I have Vista. I was able to connect it yesterday to add all my contacts and other stuff. And for some reason it wont connect. On the phone it shows its connected cause the icon for it charging is on. Also when i pug it in the computer alerts me its plugged a usb in. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix??

Soft reset device. Reboot computer. Start there first

Totally did that and didnt change it.

Go to settings connections and make sure USB to PC settings are checked.

yeh it is. ITS CHECKED activesync and enable advaced network fuctionality and also ask about connection type when i connect.

try unchecking the advanced networking box under active-ssync i have to to get my vista machine to recognize it.

I tried unchecking that box too--and maybe this finally will allow ActiveSuck to connect the device to my PC. That means I'm going to install that piece for a third time...I'll see...
