make sure you are deleting the entire address line.

i had a tab question as well... guess I'll ask it here. does anyone think there's a way to make 'open in a new tab' not pop the new tab up in front of the old one?

it'd be great to be able to open a few links from a page in a few new tabs without having to keep switching back to the original.

you can try PIE Plus, but it's shareware ($14.95 - 14 day trial). It adds tons of functionality to IE including tabs, advanced zoom controls, rotation options, and more. I bought it for my touch and couldn't imagine living without it, but now, I like opera enough on my TouchPRO that I don't use it much more.
