How do you install .cab files?
 

I have searched and searched for this and cannot find the answer. I have tried emailing them to my self, that does not work.

Can somone please give me directions on how to transfer/load/install .cab files? I have also seen suggestions for tweeks by changing values in the registry. How can you access the reg to make the changes?

put it on your phone's storage card. then navigate there with file explorer and click on it to install it.

Connect your USB cable to the computer...select "Disk Drive" as the open on your phone screen. Now from My computer, you will see a new drive (which is your phone)...Open any location you want your file to go into and paste it there. Now using your File Explorer from your phone, find the location that you stored it in (Note: If you stored it in the storage card, you have to remove the USB cable from the computer in order for file explorer to detect it) and then click on the file and it will install for you...

Step 1: Go to google and type "install cab windows mobile how to"
Step 2: Click first link shown.
Step 3: Follow directions.

I suggest a sticky in the newbie forum that could possibly outline directions for procedures like these. It took me a while to learn all the lingo and basic steps that are used on these forums and it would really help if there were detailed instructions regarding this stuff.
