Can't type on ppc geeks on touch pro using opera
 

For some reason I cannot type on ppc geeks using opera on the touch pro. I can in IE and Iris, but since the default browser is Opera, it will not let me type no matter where I touch and/or use the stylus. Any ideas?

You have to change PPCGeeks to mobile view in order to do it.

Click on the A/A box on the top right hand corner of the message box, that works for me.

i just tap on the box and the the software keyboard comes up im using the newest opera mobile

... i not to derail, but im having no problems with opera and this web sight, though i wish it would resize the text box....

i had the ssme problem i want to thank the person who said to hit the a. i did that and now i can type.. man i spent .5 yesturday trying to reply to a note. mystery solved

well i will be....dang it and all this time....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr i say. Now the ? is is there a way to make it default? It seems only on ppcgeeks.com does this happen.

I tried this but it still doesn't work for me.

My bad... it doesn't work for quick replying, but it does if you use the advanced reply. Thanks man.

Here you go. Install this. This fixed the stock Opera issue with ppcgeeks. Just install and it overwrites your current stock opera. No issues.

Hmmm. it did not give me a issue. It says that it will uninstall the old and install the new. Weird.

So... what exactly is the A/A box?

And my issue is when I type a reply and hit submit, it says I have to wait 30 seconds between posts.... After I wait 30 seconds, it double posts!

Maybe i am missing something, I am running a stock rom with no mods what so ever at the moment and I have always been able to post just fine here at ppcgeeks.
