the stores may not have them but asurion sure does. i dropped mine and cracked the case and messed the screen and after that, it kept dropping calls. so i called asurion and the next day i had a brand new one. with a 11/24 build date (my old one was from Best Buy with a build date of 10/23 and i had nothing but trouble from it).

Funny that the Sprint site says they have em in stock. but when you call.. they say that they dont and have no clue when they wikll get new ones.

yeah I was super excited because I have been calling since before Thanksgiving on this phone and then this morning I saw you could buy it. I called Sprint SERO telesales to upgrade and they told me that it wasn't in stock. I gave him an earfull on how it is B/S since I was told to call and see if it's in and I call every day. Also I was told that if it is available on the website then it is available to order through telesales yet, here we were stuck in a contradiction. It says available and I ordered through the website but according to the rep., the website and the telesales have different warehouses so it might be available through the site but not telesales yet. Here's hoping my order comes through.

Interesting, looks like I'll have to call Sprint tomorrow and arrange my exchange...I've been waiting to exchange mine since the day I got it, Nov. 18th. Thankfully, the last rep I spoke with said she put a note on my account so they'll still let me exchange the phone even though I'm over my 30 days.

Im actually thinking about purposly trying to get a refurb by chance they'll have fixed the problems on them.

i got the same note put on my account cuz i tried exchanging before my 30 days was up on the 17th, but they were out, just noticed online they are in stock so i replied to my email so i guess ill see if they can send me 2 new ones tomorrow

their service reps sucks call around 3 pm if you want a real rep from the USA if not they will transfer you to a Indian from India telling you what you want to hear, i was told the phone would be in stock yesterday around 2 pm eastern standard time bs..this is what makes me want to switch to verizon.
