Sprint Touch Pro not receiving picture messages
 

I am not receiving picture messages from other people. I have received them in the past but i know of at least 10 messages that have been sent to me and i have not gotten them. Are there settings that maybe i shut off or something. I have pics that are being sent that NEED to be seen. any help or advise would be appreciated.
If i go to sprints picture mail website the photos are there. why is my phone not getting them?

Have you downloaded the update? There is and update if your internet and it goes to your home page (Sprint Powerdeck) click check for upates and theres a picmail update. Also I run sMMS also with my picmail and it seems to work perfect. I get my pictures from picmail but I send mine through sMMS.

yeah i downloaded the update. what do you mean you run smms? i send pictures no problem. just cant receive them. however, i can see them on the sprint picture mail website. starting to irritate me.

I had this problem with my Diamond and my friend's Pro... This is how i fixed... seemed like it was a problem with Mort/codypersonalizer.. I cleared my data from epst (edit/restore). I uninstalled mortscript, codypersonalizer, net3.5, and picturemail. Soft reset. Reinstalled Net3.5, soft reset, reinstalled picmail, soft reset. Start/Settings/update profile.. soft reset... all is fine. As soon as i reinstalled mort and personalizer it refused to receive again... if you're running any of these programs try that method... in order. I can replicate the problem and the fix over and over.
