Startup animation

Is there a reg hack somewhere to help me extend the time the gif plays to around 5-6 seconds

What's the maximum time allowed?

I created a GIF last night that played for 4.5 seconds with time to spare just fine.

Uhh... there aren't even 200 frames in that crappy animation. So no, I don't think it would make a noticeable difference.

well my actual gif is 5 seconds long and consists of 1000 frames
