WTF?

I also have over 1000 and over 2000 text messages, however I neither ran out of memory on my Titan or my Touch Pro.

Plus I was using a loaded ROM with all kinds of applications installed on it...

Do you have lots of attachments in your email or something?

Touch pro has over 300mb of storage. Store email attachments on card...

Are you having it download the full message, or what? I have mine syncing three Gmail accounts, one Exchange account, a pretty significant number of contacts and such, and I don't come close to maxing out my memory. But I do let it download only 5KB of the message and then I download the rest if I care.

I accidently sent over 4000 contacts to my phone the other day + my mailbox was 200MB and wasn't out of memory or space...

foolish mistake on my part - took almost an hour to clean it up lol.

Try cleaning up your junk files. That'll free up a lot of space. SPB Backup works nicely for this.

yeah. its all company numbers that could be used at anytime. most names have multiple numbers for office, cell, home, second office number, and some have full addresses for when i have to use nav to get there. so needless to say there is a ton of info stored for my contacts

how do i store the email on the card? i do have to dl most of the emails in full. for attachments i need to approve or mod. in office.

From pocket Outlook, Menu ->Tools -> Options -> Storage Tab. Check box to save attachments to your storage card.

You can also do some changes in your registry to change your documents folder to your storage card. This will make mail and everything document related go to storage. However, this caused issues in some previous devices as the SD went to sleep or couldn't wake up fast enough when the phone needed to access the documents folder. Might not be an issue on the TP.
