Recomended Quality ROM ?Juicy's Custom ROM v1.08?
 

I want to unlock my sprint htc touch pro so I can instal a quality ROM.
Im not sure with all the info on this site what is the best one to choose
I have been linked to threads but Im still not sure of the best opption.


What is a recomended Quality ROM for the sprint HTC touch pro?
I read about jucys that help with GPS lock and fixed operas problems and got rid of lots of lag.

Today, I will be reviewing Juicy’s custom ROMs (v1.0:cool:. You can download the ROMs yourself from the side menu to the right.

His ROMs are a vast improvement over the stock one supplied by Telus. Recently, the newer ROMs have included FlashLite 3 support but their inclusion into the Opera browser is still not totally functional.

I don't see any indication that ROM is for a CDMA Touch Pro. My guess is its designed for a GSM touch pro. If that's the case, you do NOT want to install it or it will not work. Check out the upgrades section for your current options on your Sprint Touch Pro

Thanks for that I dont know what CDMA is or GSM but ill go look up what that means as long as I know it wont work ill move on.

I looked at your ROM For My Sprint HTC touch Pro But you say it has Nav removed? So thats not good for my needs.... Unless Im missing somthing.

You can always add the stuff that you want but is left out of the ROMs that you are considering. Of course there are pros and cons... IMO including other programs in the ROM:
Pro: Everything in one package.
Con: Difficult at best to upgrade a package that is built into the ROM. Also if you decide that you don't want a program you are still stuck with it.

I keep a folder on my SD card with the cab's of all the programs that I use and/or like. Warning.... some larger systems can be a pain to install but those are not normally part of a ROM (i.e. navigation systems).
