Disabling TouchFlo

I was searching around and cannot find an answer...

The TouchFlo (finger scrolling) really annoys my outside opera. screw mass email deletion, copy/paste operations and more. Things got worse with new nuerom, since the delay seems to be even less than before...

Where do I configure the delay or how to disable it completely?

Start->Settings->Today->TouchFlo 3D. Uncheck it, and it's gone.

You should remember to enable to few items in that list so your (new) Today page will contain some content :)

That takes out the today plugin, but doesn't disable it.

I guess I should put in the title NOT TOUCH FLO 3D.
I'm talking about inertial scrolling in all programs...
