you can use dashwire.com, i use this all the time and i find it very useful.

It's often that I see people use "to" for "too", but to use "too" for "to" is remarkable.

Dashwire is great for contacts, texts, pix, etc. If you want to do a complete system backup, go with SPB Backup. This will b/u all of your settings, apps, emails,etc. I use it in conjunction with Dashwire
