I Cannot Delete Picture Mail!!
 

Everything works perfectly for me. I can send picmail, and it will show it as sent... I can receive picmail, and it will always give me a notification.

HOWEVER, I am unable to delete picmail for some reason. I tried doing a soft-reset, then going straight in to delete, but that didn't work. I did a hard-reset, and that did not work either.

Anyone have any ideas?!

I can delete picture I sent, but not any responses I received. Odd!

That's EXACTLY my problem... I mean, I guess it's not necessarily hurting anything, but I just hate for useless stuff to be one Pro...lol Waste of space...

you have to open the message to/from the "conversation" and then delete all.. There is no way to select a "conversation" set of pictures and delete or do a delete all with out going into each "conversation". Bugs me too. I'd rather it be like the sms...

Hmm I still don't get this...

I open picture mail and I see I have 2 messages. I can't delete either - I get the message "You cannot delete this message"

So where do I go to delete the conversion/message? If I try to open either of the messages, nothing happens.

You actually have to select the message you want to delete and let it open in the picture mail app. then you can delete using the apps menu functions. The picture mail inbox is basically just a link to the pic mail app. Does that make sense?

The WORST pic mail app I have EVER seen! sMMS is SOOOOO much better! Nice one Sprint! Has the ability to ad audio but does not work... Nice!!

Yeah that makes sense. I was trying to do that, but it gives me the error that my device is trying to synchronize with picture mail.

I open picture mail, see my 2 mail items, open 1 of them and I see a loading symbol, then it goes away and I am kicked back to my 2 messages and then"Sprint Picture Mail service is synchronizing your threads, Please Try again


never mind, they ere ghost messages. They are gone now that I received a new pic from someone.
