Good Mobile Messaging Issues
 

Greetings All,

I purchased the Touch Pro a couple of weeks back and absolutely love it. Is there anyone else who has a Touch Pro and uses Good Mobile Messaging to have your Lotus Notes/Domino mail pushed to your phone. I used Good without any issues on my Touch; however, am getting the following message when doing the OTA set-up on my Touch Pro: error 0x100001 a server error has occured etc...

Has anyone ran into this issue. If so, what did you or your IT person do to get it working? My IT guy at work is spinning his wheels at this point and is as frustrated as I am. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue with OWA. I can not connect to my companies exchange mail server.

I was able to with my instinct so you would think with the touch pro it would work with no problems.


Anyone figure out how to fix this?
