Sprint Music Store Downloads not working...

Stock rom, Music store comes up just fine. I can browse, it's pretty fast and preview works just fine to. I click download, it says please wait initializing download. Then says Thank you for your purchase. Nothing downloads and nothing shows up under My Music. The only thing I can think of is I bought a download pack on my old phone. So it says Download as 5 of 6 tracks. Even after clicking download and saying thanks for purchase, I go into other songs and it still says download as 5 of 6 tracks. So it's not taking credit away which I guess is good, but it's not downloading either. Any ideas or should I maybe have sprint reset it?

Download tracks individually because you browse the store in Opera, and it's likely not fully tested for bulk downloads. If you grab one track at a time the download prompt will show in Opera and you can save it wherever you want.

hmmm, It doesn't give me the choice at all. They must have carried over from my old phone. Am I gonna have to call tech support to have them reset it?

Considering how Sprint manages content I wouldn't be surprised if you did have to call support and have them release those songs for re-download to your new device. I would call them and ask.

But a number of reviews I saw on the Touch Pro showed that the Music Store pulls up in Opera and then when you buy the song it gives you the download prompt to save it to your device. Sadly this isn't very fluid with TF3D because it won't be told to put it in a specific folder location and include the cover art - which is the way the TF3D organizes the music in that iPod-like view.
