Even though it says you have no accounts the Outlook account might still exist; especially after setting up a sync.

Now that your inside you message list up in the top left under the start icon. You should see something that says "Inbox" with a little down arrow. Push it. Now you'll see a tree of accounts "OutLook E-Mail" will most likely be there. And if you just set up sync there is probably a email in the inbox, delete it and then delete it from your trash.

Bingo. Thanks!

I was having the same problem on my HTC Imagio with the sms message indicator (it was stuck on 1 message even though I had deleted all messages). I extracted, ran fixunread.exe and rebooted the phone. Took a minute to kick in but worked like a charm! Thanks!!!!

Did you try the solution I posted earlier? It works for text messages as well.

Re: TouchFlo 3D Email Counter reset.

I contacted Verizon about this the other day- they don't know what causes the text message counter to be wrong. Contacted their Executive Offices customer relations(best number ever!)- they offered me a $50 credit on my account for this inconvenience. Good that they don't know about it so you can attempt to get a credit! Bad for them cause of all the frustrated TP2 owners that don't know about the wealth of knowledge on this site!
