Buying phone through telesales, exchanging through sprint store
 

I got my TP through telesales, and it seems to be having some of the sound issues that you guys have been mentioning throughout the threads. Would a sprint store accept my exchange if I originally bought the phone through telesales?

Yes they will. Hopefully you can find a store that has the TP in stock. Bring in the phone w/box and accessories and if you still have the shipping invoice it would help also, otherwise the rep may have to look up your shipping info through Sprint's systems.

Yes they will exchange it at the store. Sprint has changed their policy on this recently. I had to do this. Sprint told me of the policy change since all the phones come from the same warehouse they had received alot of complaints from customers on their old policy.

Never again will I buy a phone thru Sprints telesales dept! I ordered my phone through them then a couple days later I canceled because it was back ordered. Instead of them refunding my credit card, they just game me a credit to my sprint account! I want my money back not sprint credit! I've called them so many times and every time they BS and tell me it will take two billing cycles to get a refund!
