Issue when Bluetooth pairing with hands-free
I'm having an issue pairing with my 08 Mitsubishi hands free system. Every couple days/drives or so I get in the car and no connection is made. When I initiate the connection from the phone (clicking "set as hands free" on the car's name in the BT settings), the car asks me for the pairing code again as if I never paired it in the first place. I then have to go through the process of naming the device, setting the priority, etc. Yesterday it happened to me twice while I ran errands and made many stops. When I got sick of it and didn't re-pair it, a couple drives later the system was connected again.
I've never had this problem before with any other phone. My best friend has a T-Mobile Dash with the exact same issue. Is there a setting I need to have to avoid this? Seems like a Windows/HTC thing. I searched throroughly for this online and it either isn't an issue or I wasn't specific enough in my search... |
