Disabling auto lock with corprate mail

Fist I would like to say I did search but came up with nothing.

Second I know this issue is probably a windows mobile thing not exclusive to the HTC Touch pro with that said mods move this if you need to.

Okay I have an HTC Touch Pro when I set it up on exchange to receive my company mail it says " you IT administrator requires you to have a lock code" or something of the order. So every 20 min my phone automaticly locks and I have to put in my 4 diget pin to continue, is there any hack around this its kind of annoying. Any help would be apreciated, also if there is a hack a cabbed up version would be apreciated because im kinda a newb.

That's a group policy they have enforced - and for good reason! Your phone is a direct connection into their system.

They can also remotely hard reset your phone for you if it's lost or if you are terminated.

That's what it meant when it asked for your authorization to allow all corporate policies to be applied to your phone when you initially setup ActiveSync.

Search for "Zenyee.com Stay Unlock.cab". It will let you set the lock time for up to 24 hours.

FYI, here's a post I made about doing this a while back with more details if anyone is interested. - LINK

At the time, my wife was using 1and1 for her exchange hosting provider and they put that security in. They wouldn't remove it and I later moved her to Sherweb. <soapbox> They have a newer version of Exchange, more space, and no security policy like this</soapbox>
