TF3D resets in picture viewer
 

Sooo got me my TPro , took my 8 gig msdhc with all my contacts backed up by ppcpimbackup which i reloded into the new phone from my mogul. All seemed fine until i scrolled to the photos and videos tab. When i tried to view the pictures, the first and second pictures viewed fine as i scrolled them, however when i tried to go pass the third picture, the TF3D resets and im back at home tab. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions on how i may be able to resolve this. Thx everyone in advance

Mine does exactly the same thing. On the third picture, TF3D reboots and its back to the home screen. I've already done 2 hard resets and this issue still exists.

Yup thats the same issue , im getting to the point that i may reformat the memory card and start fresh with nothing on it. Cause i notice that when i take out the memory card and view the stock pictures thats on the phone, it no longer does it... im wondering if its tied to the memory card or whats currently on it

It's because you have your old pictures in the my documents folder on your sd card....rename the folder my documents or move it somewhere else...I had the same problem, this fixed it....if you notice it will scroll the pictures you took with the touch pro just fine, it's only when it gets to your in my case mogul pictures.

I have the same problem, I believe that it's actually some sort of compression issue with the photos themselves coupled with a temperamental program.

I had this issue with one picture, though i didn't scroll though all of them. But it was a mogul picture that was really dark. I just deleted the photo, and no problems.

After seeing this, i checked out Gutrrob post about opening the pic, then autocorrecting it in the menu options is the only way to really solve the problem, other then that Deleting all the mogul taken shots and starting fresh is the second option.
