contact numbers

I noticed that when I hit phone button and select my contacts they number shows as txt. To call this person I have to select that number and then select again their phone number. Is there some kind of tweak to only see phone numbers NOT "txt" numbers in contacts ? since I'm not texting from that part of the phone
