Tocuhflo restarting when flipping pics
 

Whenever i move and the album tap and flip through my pics about the 6th one touchflo 3d restarts and i find myself back at the home tab. i can do it over and over again and it still will do it. any ideas?

I had this issue the first day I got the phone, and now it doesn't do it anymore. Weird.

Mine does it too. I get to pic 19 of 57 and every time it resets. It hasn't bothered me much so far because I haven't been using that page, but I'd love to see a fix. Pics 19 and 20 were taken with a mogul. I'm pretty sure 20 is a pic, but it may be a video. Hard to tell from the corner I can see before it gets restarted.

I think it has to do with pictures taken with the Mogul. Mine restarts on the 4th pic, taken from my Mogul. Maybe it's a compatibility issue.

Yes, this has been confirmed numerious times. Pictures taken from the Mogul and possibly other devices will cause this. The solution for now is to either move it from the active album that you are viewing or delete the picture, your choice.

Well personally, I haven't had any problems with this issuse at all. I currently have a few hundred pictures on my sdcard taken with my mogul, I haven't had any issues viewing them on my pro.

I did an experiment with some old pic and moves then arougn according to name and had the saem thing .. Removed the older pics and no more restart... Must eb a compat problem with the pictures .. Athought i cant see any coruption in the format...

I solved this by going to file explorer open pic, click menu, select edit, select menu, select auto correct, hit OK to save changes. Do that to all pics taken before your touch pro came along.

I have all my pics stored in DCIM/100MEDIA on my SD card, to move pics just highlight pics, select edit, select cut,go to SD card DCIM/100MEDIA, paste.

Thanks, this worked perfectly. Fortunately it was only a dozen pics I transferred, otherwise this would have been a tedious process.

I don't think this has anything to do with pics taken with the Mogul, because it just happened to me when attempting to scroll through pics that came stock on the TP. Which on my phone right now is pic # 22.

I have about 50+ pics on my SD card from my Mogul and they display fine on the Touch Pro / Touch Flo 3D and I have no problems with lag or freezing at all. I've tested this on both of my Touch Pros and neither have this issue with pics taken from another cam or the Titan.

It seems the problem may be something else here.
