I went with a Bodyguardz, although I only bought the screen protections because I have had my phone for 2 months and I don't have even a scratch on the backing or the sides around the screen. (although the lip of the sides along the screen is a little scratched, missing paint) but none of the skinz protect for that.

The reason I went with bodyguardz is this

1.) first I will eliminate invisible shield because of the extreme rubbery stickiness ( after spending 25 bucks and cutting out a perfectly fitting protector using invisibleshild) applying it and having ZERO bubbles (after 48 hours) I couldn't stand using it for even one more day due to the inability to slide my fingers across the screen smoothly, I didn't even notice the orange peel effect.

2.) when comparing two other products that I can have shipped to Canada, ghost armor and bodygaurdz, the reviews were great for both, one kid on youtube, said he ever so slightly preferred the screen from bodygaurdz, but the body from ghost armor. (ghost armor has rave reviews in here) and was my initial choice. so it came down to one thing and one thing only, PRICE. While Ghost Armor was 24.44 dollars with any discounts I could find shipped to canada. Bodygaurdz was only $18.91 PLUS that included an extra skin. I used the code GIDDYUP for bodygaurdz (which although it said 10% actually gave me 20% off according to the billing email) I used the code 20081407 for ghost armor which gives 10% off)

I am pretty sure I would have been more than happy with either, but the shipping to Canada, and the additional skin made the decision for me.

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it; I wasn't going to read through all 25 pages of this thread to find out. Most of the clear, thicker covers like the InvisibleShield use 3M Paint Protection Film or some other brand of paint protection film. You want to get the thinnest film that you can for a phone - the 8mil variety. I bought 3 square feet of the stuff for $18 shipped on eBay. I didn't bother covering my whole Touch Pro. I just cut a square to cover the screen itself. I have enough to cover several phones for some time to come.

I would suggest going with the invisibleSHIELD for a few reasons.

1. ZAGG Inc. (makers of the invisibleSHIELD) were the first to come up with the idea of protecting your entire gadget with a clear film rather than a bulky case. This makes us the veteran company.

2. We have designers that spend hours perfecting their designs for the invisibleSHIELD.

3. Our company was the first to offer a lifetime replacement guarantee (something our competitors have had to offer to even compete). We stand behind this guarantee fully.

4. Our film is patented and exclusive to ZAGG Inc. Our film is the only film with Nano-Memory Technology and self healing properties. This allows the film to take abuse, but maintain its strength and durability as well as its appearance.

If you should have any further questions about any of this, please email me using my member name as the email address. Thanks!
Is it just me, or do you guys not even have a CDMA version of the screen protector on your website.....?

Let me know if you actually get a date. I am starting to worry about how its going to affect how well the touch screen will operate.

Hmmmm im really curious about the screen touch sensitivty adjustment thats posted in the essentials thread, just gotta download the regeditor to do it, but hopefully with that regedit, the touch sensitivty shouldnt be much of an issue with the invisishield..... hopefully

I been reading alot of good and bad things about it from alot of sites. As far as the air bubbles and actually getting the protector to align properly, it seemed like Bodyguardz.com worked out all the kinks. but i havent heard about anybody actually using it before

Re: InvisibleShield vs Bodyguardz

I can vouch for bodyguardz. Three of my friends, including my gf.. have them on their iphones. Their kits come complete with applicator and two sets of bodyguardz! I don't know about you guys, but it seems like I always mess up the first one and somehow get a piece of dust or etc under there..this basically eliminates that! There is also no lost of sensitivity on their iphones either.

As they currently don't have one for the touch pro yet, I gave them an email and this is what they said: "We are not sure when we are getting the Sprint HTC Touch Pro phone in-house. Our Sales and Marketing team are currently working on getting this device for us to build a BodyGuardz for it. (We are hoping to have one in the next week or two?) We will email you as soon as they are available on our website. Thank you for your interest in BodyGuardz and we look forward to working with you in the near future!"

I will definitely be getting mine from them.
