internet wont work
 

i just got my phone and my internet wont work, i have no idea what to do. sprint tried something, but it also didnt work, any ideas??

use this link, user profile issue. also happened on the diamond. i would hard reset first, then use the link. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=37642

Also the internet connection may continuously die while in use. This is a known issue, adn the only remedy I have found regardless of all the reg hacks is to disconnect and reconnect. Re provisioning doesnt even fix it.

i tried that and it still didnt work, i guess i will talk to sprint for 2 hours and get it fixed, thanks

i was having the same issue when i got my tp.

i did a hard reset, then did the fix posted in the above link...then did a soft reset, and it was good to go.

it works, unless you have hardware problem. ive done it on three diamonds and one tp. sprint dont even know about the fix for userprofile.

stil didnt work, not sure what the problem is, i am just gonna call sprint, thanks for all the help

i had the same problem. go to start > settings> select the system tab >and push UPDATE PROFILE. let it do its thing and when its done try your internet. if it says there are no update availlable then call customer car at 8887885001 and say tech support when the lady ask "know why are you calling" be sure to call from a different phone and not youe cell phone.. seeing that you going to have to troubleshoot your pro

if your user profile is 1 and you have good signal sounds like hardware issue.
