Taskbar Icon Space

Hoping others have noticed this too...

A lot of the time, depending on what I am doing on the phone, certain icons on the taskbar are hidden/go away. The problematic one being the battery icon. If I am in a program or on a call, the battery indicator is not there, only if I am just looking at T3D tabs.

I am just guessing that it has to do with X number if icons on the bar, but *shrug*

Advice appreciated, as always.
