Caller ID not working

I just got my Touch PRO yesterday from telesales and I transferred my contacts from my mogul using PIM backup, but now anytime I have an incoming call, there is no caller ID. It just shows up a blank screen that sasys incoming call. It doesnt even show the incoming ID of people in my phone book. The numbers and names however are in my contacts when I scrool through.. Any ideas on how to fix it.. Thanks!!

try using s2u2, killer app. for caller i.d plus phone lock. heres a link,http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=412418

Thanks for the help... I did a hard reset and that seemd to fix the problem.. I'm going to download S2unlock as well!
