How do you find the build date?

Re: Touch Pros from first batch at Best Buy

My first phone was a 10/15 build, but it had a screen flipping issue when the keyboard was opened, and the lower pad was raised higher on one side then the other, but that is a cosmetic problem. I had to return it.

My latest phone is a 10/12 build and everything but the speaker is great. I feel that the phone could project more, the sound is not very expansive, and my last phone and two others I gave looked at had more sound projection (I am careful not to say loud, as the phone I have is loud, but just is hard to hear with any distance from my ear) then my current phone.

I have my local BB willing to swap me again, but I am only interested if I find a louder phone in their stock. Otherwise I will wait for other shipments, or compromise with a low volume Touch Pro I currently have...

I Got my from the first Shipment from BB and was terrible so i when yesterday and i changed it. but now a noticed that OPERA in my first phone was build 1996 and in the new one is 2316, maybe the first batch was an outdated version of phones and this new one comes with a better updates at all. Does anyone noticed the same thing?

Had the first one from my local BB the day it was in the store..Had a build date of 10/13 if i remember..Had an issue with the bottom tab raised higher then the lower to the extend I could see the lights thru the crack (course I became worried about that getting snagged and tearing farther)

Swapped it out a week later..build date is 10/19 and no issues so far really.
