Any apps/hacks out there to support VGA resolution for Opera Mini for the Touch Pro?

Re: opera and zoom

You should be able to double tap (quickly) and it will zoom to wherever you've double tapped.

Use the DPAD like the wheel of an IPOD.

Opera Mobile beta 2 released - upgrade?

I went ahead and installed the new Opera 9.5 beta 2 but now I have two instances of Opera icons in my list of programs! I'm not sure if the Opera I installed overwrote the one on there (which I assume was beta 1).

Should I uninstall this and reinstall? It says its Version 9.5 Build 2316 and both icons seem to open the same browser.

UPDATE: What I didn't realize when I first posted this is that the beta is actually 9.51. I hadn't realized that there was a stable version of 9.5 out already. Oops!

im pretty sure you cant overwrite opera, i think its embeded into your rom. you can always stop customization and get rid of bloatware and install opera yourself. im not sure about why you would want bata over stock version.

Re: Opera Mobile beta 2 released - upgrade?

I thought the Opera version on these phone was the first beta anyway? Am I incorrect?

If you go in Opera, click on Help, and then a link that says About Opera, it should tell you the build number. What build does yours say?
