[Sprint] If you are having internet problems
 

I picked up a Touch pro in exchange from the Diamond. I left the store and my internet didn't work. But sometimes it takes an hour to update your profile or something. My internet still didn't work. I called Sprint, went though tech support and chose the option for Mobile broadband. I figured those guys would be smarter. Talk to a agent who was very knowlegble. He knew what the problem was right away. It has to do with the internet profile chosen in the rom itself. He had me go through some carrier menu's and changed the profile to be 1, instead of 0. Phone rebooted and internet works perfectly.

Just an fyi incase you check here before you call sprint.

I had the exact same problem. I actually called Sprint first and after an hour and half of being on hold while the tech support guy tried to figure it out my battery the phone I was died so I got d/c. Well, I dug around on here and on google, got my MSL using a registry hack, went into the programming, changed the thing from a 0 to 1 and now it works like a charm :)

i had the same issue, i updated my PRL from the settings menu and the internet started working

made a thread on this yesterday, had the same issues. the link above fixed my issue. i was happy lol
