I recieved the Touch...but I really want a Touch pro
 

After expeirancing a lot of problems with my mogul (i had it replacd 3 x) my wife called HTC andthey decided to send me a touch. however, i did not want the touch because the lack of a keyboard which is KEy to me. I wantd a touch pro. Is there anyting I can do? I wasplanning on calling them and offering to send the phone back...what can I do?

Myt wife completely messed up hahaha. I still love her though

Just tell them exactly that. If that doesn't go, use the fact that the touch isn't comparable to the mogul. See if you can switch and pay the $30 difference in retail price.

Mignt not work, it states he contacted HTC not sprint, but I would say going with the fact that its not comparible would be the option I would go with.

I was planning on calling them and using my wife's ingorance as an idea. Saying that I grew so used to the mogul that I cannot use the Touch and I cannot get used to this complete screen.
