Voice + Data at the same time?

I know this may sound like a stupid question. But is there anyway to be online at all while getting a phone call? I am trying to use this caller utility that attempts to look up the phone number when you receive a call.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=424923

Without wifi....I won't have wifi everywhere I will go and I rarely even use wifi.

Not short of using wifi or moving over to AT&T. Neither our phone or Sprint's design is ready for that yet.

I take that back...you could do VOIP and download at the same time, but I don't know what the call quality would be like.

the way these phones are designed, you can get voice or data... not both.

You could potentially use VOIP (built in to WM6, but not really supported on any of these devices). I haven't tried it on the touch pro yet, but on my mogul audio was prohibitively low and only came from the main speaker (no earpiece on the handset) or an external headset.

I've been meaning to try it, but haven't had time yet.

I heard that the latest version of Skype works properly on the TP, but I haven't tried it out myself.
