Difficulty with Copy and Paste
 

:???: When surfing various websites or RSS feeds on my Touch Pro, (or any computer) I often run across a product or website that I would like to email to myself to research later...

With my old PPC 6700 from either the onscreen keyboard or the slide-out KB it was a simple straightforward matter. But with The TP - the onscreen KB has no *control* key to do a "control-C" and the slideout KB - I am finding - I cannot do a "control-C" accurately because the "C" key repeats very rapidly when the "Control" key is held down.

This almost negates the usefulness of the browser for me. Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? Is there something I am doing wrong?

After highligting the text just hold down on the highligted line and you will see the option to copy or cut. Then you can paste it into anything you'd like.

In the Opera Browser on the Touch Pro - that method works with the stylus on URL's in the Web address field... but how to copy text in the body of an Opera web Page?

is the Opera Browser on the Touch Pro any different than the one for the regular touch, version 9.5 build 2392 is what i have on my touch and (you may know this, but) if you press/hold a blank area of the site, you can turn text selection on/off along with various other options, and if you select text, you can press hold the highlighted text (as mentioned) and either copy selected text or send via sms to email or whatever.
or if you press/hold a link, you can send via mms/sms/email/copy link address

opera on TP may be different i wouldnt know, but maybe this helps

What rogo22 said. I tried this on my TP and it works as expected.
