switch to alltel

If i bought an Htc TP form sprint and activated it on alltel, what would happen if it got messed up?

Alltel may allow you to get insurance on it. I think sprint will insure phones that they didnt personally sell you if you get the insurance within 30 days of activating it. not 100% sure though
