I extended mine two years, which isn't too bad considering how good the SERO plan is. I end up paying around $340 including tax, which isn't too bad.

HOLY COW!!!!!!! Listen to this.....I am trading for the pro even up....I called telesales to order it....first they asked about my ecare agreement, he called ecare and it was verified....they automatically credited my accout for the TP even up meaning nothing was added to my account...all i have to do is send the diamond back. All they said was that the diamond has to be sent within 5 business days or they will charge my account for the TP.

Just got it through EVP with overnight shipping for $12. In addition to the $399 they'll bill my account for an $18 activation fee :/, but I'll be getting a $100 MIR too once that's filled out.

what was your ecare agreement? i also have an agreement with them, but telesales didnt help me at all with it.

I did *2 and said cancel (hoped that would help... didn't) then after speaking to someone they ended up transferring me to telesales and from there to the EverythingPlusRefferalProgram Dept because the regular telesales couldn't help me. So from there I managed to order the phone.
