Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
I use TCPMP player on my touch pro. I hooked my pro up to my tv using the video out cable and the picture on the tv displayed fine. When I swithed to full screen on the pro the picture on the tv was upside down.
I looked but couldn't find a way to reverse the screen orientation so that it displays correctly on the tv. Any ideas? Am I just missing the setting somewhere or do I need an stand alone app to do this? Thanks |
Re: Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
yeah, fullscreen on tcpmp is the opposite way that the rest of the screen goes to when in landscape mode. i was wondering if this would be a problem when i got the video out cable, and now i see it is. guess im gonna have to start using a different app when i get my cables. unelss someone can fix this lol

Re: Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
In the TCPMP options list there is an option for orientation that gives u the option of right or left handed. Just switch it to the opposite

Re: Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
I don't think the "Orientation" of the Touch Pro's screen is anyone's business but the Touch Pro's screen and/or its partner! Not that there's anything wrong with that!
Equal rights for the Touch Pro Screen! |

Re: Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
Worked like a charm. I was checking windows settings. It never occurred to me to look in the TCPMP software. Thanks!

Re: Screen Orientation Question on the Touch Pro
I did a hard reset and now when I connect to my tv it shows my screen as if I slid the keyboard open instead of the desktop.(after closing out the initial screen) How can I get it back to normal?
