I believe its a matter of luck right now. I'm on my third TP right now from BB. The first one had low volume, no other problems and I was going to keep it but noticed that chrome was missing from the outer case so took it back. The second one was horrid, couldn't answer calls, volume level was very low and home hard key wasn't flush with rest of phone. Now my third one is much much better. The sound level is still a tad bit low for my taste but definitely alot better, no blown speaker effect. All the buttons are flush, and most importantly I can answer all incoming calls. My theory is the amount of holes in the ear piece mesh plays a major role in sound quailty.

Mine is crackily at anything over half-volume...

Hard-resetting to see if it fixes the problem... for earpiece, as well as speaker...

hard-reset got rid of 99% of my crackles, and my earpiece and speakerphone are just as loud as when I had the audiopara3 fix...

Mine is not so much a volume issue as a speaker quality/clarity issue.

Same for me. Volume is pretty good but I have alot of distortion and vibration coming from the earpiece speaker. The speakerphone audio sounds fine however.

Please tell me if your phones sounded anything like this? I dont think there is anything wrong with the way these sound but would like to know if the Pros that were having problems sounded worse...i dont know what a broken speaker sounds like thats why im asking...Thanks. As far as the sound on the speakerphone its good and bad on different calls. This sample was the worse it sounded.

Wow mine sounds just the opposite. My speakerphone sounds like your earpiece and your earpiece sounds like my speakerphone but on every call. Going to exchange mine tomorrow which they had shipped from another store near by. Wish me luck!! By the way thanks Chez from the great examples, i think the one from your speakerphone says it all on hows most of our are.

yeah my speakerphone sounds pretty good right now but on some calls it sounds the way the sample is. good thing my wifes doesnt use speaker phone too much. as far as her earpiece goes it sounds ok, i mean nothing wrong to it IMO.

now i use ALOT of speakerphone so i hope when i order mine through telesales that it will be ok. well see though.
