Disable Message Sent Notification
 
You what, i cant seem to find the setting to disable the Message sent notification. I know on my Mogul it was off, whether i disable it myself or it was already off , i don't remember...?

If I recall if was off automatically as a feature from upgrading to Windows Mobile 6.1 from 6.0. Not sure why it was included in the Touch Pro which is also running 6.1.

Yeah come to think of your right!!! Its gets mad annoying sometimes though.. Why not leave the option to us HTC and Windows..?? Thanks bro!

If you don't wanna run a cab, it's also just a simple registry edit:


1. Navigate to: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
2. Create a new key "Settings"
3. Create a new string value "SMSNoSentMsg" and set the value to 1

Yeah that's the only thing that the cab file is. For some reason, some people are afraid of editing the registry.

My registry already had the value there. I just changed from 0 to 1

yes, that's the benefit of it. Still tells you if a msg failed, then it will give you an option to resend. Notifying me when the msg is sent is USELESS.

Yeah that would be me. I don't want to mess with my registry. I haven't tweaked a registry since I was in computer school working on a Win 98 machine.

Thank you so much. That pop up was VERY annoying. Every time I'm like "YES! YES I KNOW I SENT A MESSAGE!"
