Well as I said I was dealing with the same battery issues as everyone else, but a few minutes of battery life as opposed to a few hours of battery life are two very different things... Really though this post was more about the customer service.... Let's sell you this wonderful awesome phone that is really worthless because we are going to take months to fix it...... I'd go back to my Touch except I had already sold it not anticipating I would need to go back to it after spending that kind of money for what is supposed to be such a wonderful phone. I think that is a legitimate gripe whether you want to be grouchy about it or not

i stopped by the sprint store complaining about how hot my battery got. they gave me a new battery on the weekends. i unplugged it at 100% today at 7am, and at 10 am it was at 20%. i couldn't believe it! it died around 11:30am.

You're yelling at him because his phone is defective? What are you, some godly all powerful spokesperson for the HTC touch pro? It's just a piece of equipment at the end of the day man, get over it. This fanboyism towards winmo or HTC doesn't bode well for anyone on this forum, all this does is give HTC the upper hand for manufacturing defective devices and throwing them out in the open market and they know we will lap up anything they throw at us... the phone doesn't work, it's not his fault he posted here. Sure he could've posted elsewhere or stuck it with another thread, that's for the mods to move things around. Your post was totally unnecessary...if you don't like it, move on. No need to boss people around behind the keyboard. Sheesh, and to think I thought it was Crapple that had all the idiot fanboys.

I dont *****, but the battery isn't great. That said, look how small the battery is. Can't expect too much from such a high powered machine. And the TP is HIGH powered. Hell, I'd rather deal with 2 batteries and constant recharging than deal with programs closing b/c lack of memory. I used 2 batteries with the Mogul anyways.

So I'm using Juggs 4.0 36mb Rom and the Active Sync "delete" and my battery is amazing. I used my phone as I normally would. Send/Receive every 60 mins, few phone calls, a bunch of text messages, very limited internet and my phone is still 60% full after 18 hrs. I can't complain at all

Don't you think the phone heats up most when you talk on it or actively stream content non stop...? I'd be interested to see how this battery fares if you were to talk for 3 hrs on bluetooth or with your speakerphone on... Have you tried this before?
