I've called several Best Buy locations and they have all stated that I Can only get the phone for $749.99 + tax. Have anyone payed that rediculous price?

I am quite disappointed by that price. Hopefully sprint is cheaper. A weeks wait for $200 off? I'll wait.

I don't know which one you got info on but I know that the GSM Unlocked one sells for 749 I believe at my BB, I already talked to them right before closing and didn't have time to drive there but I am getting my Sprint Touch Pro for right around $240 after tax with rebate but actual price was 550-600 i think. Not 100% sure but I can let you know in the morning.

I just got my Touch Pro from best buy. The CDMA one does ring up at $749.99, however it packages out to $299 when you renew your contract, if you're eligible for upgrade. Minus 20% reward zone brings it to $239.99 before tax. I've attached a picture of my receipt for reference.

Thats the price for the unlocked gsm version of the diamond. the msrp for cdma touch pro without any discounts or contracts is $579.00 Any body paying anything higher is getting ripped off.

through sprint its 579. Best Buy sets their own full price pricing. the whole idea is to deter people from buying out of contract there, they dont want to deal with it as they make less money then resigning people. So they jack up the full prices of all their phones to deter people from purchasing full price. Theres nothing shady about it its just their business model, you can always wait for sprint stores to get them and pay 579. Not many people are dumb enough to go pay 750-800 for a phone anyways.
