Network connection status

I live in a house with very poor reception, (usually 1 bar evdo) and I have a Airave that will give me 6 bars 1x. For some reason, this phone keeps reporting that I have 6 bars of EVDO coverage when I know that is not possible. Does this not refresh the status on the screen when it switches between the networks or is it not showing the right bars when it switches from 1x to evdo?

I believe airave will show EVDO anyway until you try to use it. Unless they updated it to let it work with EVDO?

its been about 10 hours since i activated my TP and i still havent got my internet to work at all :(

ive updated my PRL and profile many times with no luck

reset the phone and then update profile
