when i try to copy file audiopara3.csv in the windows file it prevents me from overwriting original file because ti is write protected.... Also can someone explain me step by step the procedure for http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/images/attach/zip.gif Touch Pro Audio Fix.zip (12.5 KB, 18139 views)

I installed (on my Diamond) BadBoy8813(Audio Fix-Lite Boost).cab but i do not notice major difference. Actually, i do not notice any change. Should i replace the Audiopara3 file (windows directory) in order to make it work? Or installing the said cab is enough?

I use EnergyRom.

As for the Audiopara3 file..that will increase the volume of your speaker..thus making your ringtones/notifications much louder..or if you're on a call through Speaker...you will notice a difference after you soft reset...

It's ok to be a newb, you have to download the .csv file you are speaking of (I just saw it in the first couple pages of this post, not sure if it has been mod. in the other fifty some pages) and copy it to your windows directory on your TP (i.e. - :\\My Device\Windows) then it will be there if you can't find one by searching that directory for *.csv. Good luck!

For me I used BadBoy8813's Audio Fix (Full Vol.) on my original TP and it worked great...kinda funny I was wondering why everyone was having problems using Internet Sharing then...now that I have traded for an insurance replacement TP with an updated rom from Sprint that wouldn't connect via Internet Sharing so I'm finding all the tricks again to make it more "user friendly!!" Good luck w/ your volume issues.
