They have them in NYC at 44th and 5th but they wont sell them until sunday. The guy on the phone said they could which is why i went there then the manager said they are not allowed to sell it until sunday. I pleaded but they were very strict about that. but they put one on hold for me so i'll guess i have to wait.

yea they told me the same thing 86th said they will start selling tommrow.

Just got mine about 2 hours ago @ the Best Buy in Burbank, IL. They had 8 & now there's 7 remaining. Guy activating my phone said they've gotten 6 calls today for the phone so those are probably accounted for as well
