ATTENTION CDMA FANS OF ALL AGES!!! The Elite Team that has brought xda some of the best ROMs, for GSM devices, now wants to include YOU and PPCGeeks in our family. :)
With your support and interest we'll work together to bring you a CDMA version of our Raphael Elite Project ROM and unlock the phone of course, thus expand the project's offering. We need to know how many are interested if any.
The core team is made up of Astainhellbring, LennySh, Olipro, Cmonex, MrVanx, LTxda and a few others Also joining us is a local favorite, no2chem. Some of these names you've heard and some you haven't but rest assured, it's all about quality and professionalism here.
Devices we've focused on in the past include but aren't limited to the HTC Athena/x75xx, HTC Raphael, HTC Polaris, and the list goes on. Just do a search for member names on xda and you'll see the level and depth of our involvement in such projects. Some of us also have a high level of involvement in the PPCGeeks community and are well known here.

Here's what we'll need from the community if you're interested:
- Donations for 3 devices (so the team can work on SPL, XIP, and ROM together and do thorough testing)
- A list of carriers. Once a list is generated, we'll need to prioritize customizations for the most popular carriers as a top priority.
- Possibly beta testers BUT DO NOT message or PM us. If we determine we need more testers than we currently have we'll post a message for you guys to respond to. Beta testers are on an invite basis only please.
- Once released feedback so we can respond to bugs and issues.
- Patience :)

Project Goals

- Unlocker for device (Hard SPL)
- New optimized & customized ROMs
- Specialized hacks (currently undetermined until we get a device and know if there are any limitations that can be unlocked/overcome)
- Multi carrier rom ready to be flashed on any carriers phone & possible MEID hacks

As a high-school student, I really don't have any means of donating [I don't even have a job, for that matter]

I can't wait to see what you guys can come up with on this new baby... I've never been disappointed with your work in the past.

I nominate Verizon.

I plan to buy a touch pro next week at full retail and then stick it on VZW with the help of the Elite Team.

I will be more than happy to contribute a donation for the cause next week.

Also while I am sure you have ample Beta testers for Sprint, let me know if you need one for VZW. (im sure a lot of people dont want to pay $600+ for a phone if they are not sure that it will work all the way for their carrier. Hence they will wait to buy it at full retail until it is proven on VZW.)
