Edit2: I just got off the phone with Best Buy in Eden Prairie and they have 1 left you better call and have them hold it for you. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. I guess you must have already disproved it before he even posted it, or perhaps just in a different thread because I didn't see it.
I wish people would be certain of the facts before they post things like that. Honest mistakes do happen though...lol.

Hmm..I wonder if they have a semi-automatic upgrade eligibility after a certain number of swaps. That could be a dangerous thing to be let out in the wild.

hey, if i bought my phone from best buy, can i return my phone to them for a refund? or is it just for a swap/in store credit? unfortunately, I need money for something "more important" >.>

ohh and the phone is flawless, so its not like i messed it up or anything lol.

I just picked up my Touch Pro Best buy had 2 when I saw them so snagged one. What a PPC ***** I am :)

Full price unfortunately there are a lot of changes that have been made to this device I will need to have more time to play with it then I will give a full review. All I can say for now is SWEEET
