Yeah the store I went to didn't have a clue about it either. I called them saying that there was no SKU, it was just a running promotion for reward zone members. So they brought me BACK into the store (luckily it's only down the street from my house) and basically had me sign into my account, took a look at the fine print of the promotion, and then applied a general 20% discount and refunded my card.
This is only one of the reasons I don't go to Best Buy, they just can't seem to get things right, but I had to this time because they had the phone and because the 20% off was better than what I could get Sprint to take off by complaining about my Mogul. |
