RAPH500 through FCC
 

I'm not sure what is different between the RAPH600/RAPH101 and the RAPH500, but the 500 just came through the FCC today.

It's a CDMA version with EVDO, 1xRTT, 802.11b/g, BT 2.0, AGPS, and
a 1340mAh battery

Perhaps for Verizon, but not sure.

Thats the verizon version just look at the bands the phone operates on.

Cool. What's the link for the Sprint version? I'm curious to read the FCC docs on it...

The Sprint version is the RAPH800:

Note the confidentiality request - the items that can be kept confidential only until the release date are requested to be held confidential until 10/19 for the RAPH800.
